Jodi Rishta is strictly for matrimonial purposes only. Any misuse — including fraud, harassment, or fake profiles — will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

1. Who Can Use Jodi Rishta

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must be unmarried, divorced, widowed, or legally separated.
  • You must be a genuine person looking for a life partner — not for friendship, dating, or business purposes.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
  • By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is true and belongs to you.

2. Your Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Do not share it with anyone.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account.
  • If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.
  • One person can have only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be deleted.
  • You cannot transfer or sell your account to another person.

3. What You Can Do on Jodi Rishta

  • Create a genuine profile to find a life partner.
  • Browse profiles and search with filters.
  • Send interest requests and messages to other members.
  • Upgrade your membership plan to unlock contact details.
  • Report profiles that seem fake or inappropriate.

4. What You Must NOT Do

  • Do not create a fake profile or use someone else's photos or information.
  • Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
  • Do not share or ask for money, gifts, or financial information from other members.
  • Do not use the platform for any commercial, advertising, or non-matrimonial purpose.
  • Do not try to hack, damage, or interfere with our website or servers.
  • Do not post content that is offensive, obscene, or illegal.
  • Do not scrape or copy data from the platform using bots or automated tools.

5. Profile Photos & Content

  • All photos you upload must clearly show your face and must be recent photos of you.
  • Group photos, photos with children, or obscene photos are not allowed.
  • You must own or have rights to all photos and content you upload.
  • We reserve the right to remove any photo or content that violates our guidelines.
  • By uploading a photo, you give us permission to display it on the platform.

6. Membership & Payments

  • Free accounts can browse profiles but cannot view contact details.
  • Paid membership plans give you access to contact details based on your plan.
  • All payments are final. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • We do not auto-renew any plan. You choose when to renew.
  • Prices may change over time. You will always see the current price before paying.

7. Our Rights

  • We can remove, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms.
  • We can modify or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time.
  • We can update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of major changes.
  • We are not responsible for matches that do not lead to marriage.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by other members.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Jodi Rishta is a platform that connects people — we are not a marriage agency.
  • We facilitate connections but cannot guarantee that you will find a match.
  • We are not responsible for the behavior or actions of other members offline.
  • Please take all precautions when meeting someone for the first time — always meet in public places.
  • Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your membership.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
